So the fall season is rolling into stores and it’s rolling in fast! Every day it’s seems there is a another pile of boxes to unpack,  sort through, hang, enter and put out for you guys to explore, which is awesome because it lets me have something to tell you about.

Well ladies, there’s lots to talk about in this posting. In the past 2 days we have received NEW Fall product from Billabong, Element, Nixon and Vans.

Nixon has presented us with NEW watches, bags (purses and backpacks), belts and some super cute clothing. The clothing ranges from form fitting faux leather jackets to over sized t’s and tanks with one ADORABLE bulldog on the front.

Element is bringing (inexpensive) organic chic to a whole new level with their NEW pieces. They’ve brought us cotton mixed with faux leather, subdued plaids and grey denim button downs! Soft, comfortable and very wearable, no matter what occasion.

Billabong is looking good as always, with big cable knits sweaters, tight dresses,  pretty emerald plaids and burnout’s galore.

Vans has not only given us some great NEW styles in shoes, but also some amazing clothing too. Comfortable ponchos, soft pull overs, leather shoes, and purple shirt dresses.

Now please remember how HOT it was outside today and forgive me for not making my lovely Nicole and Jessie try on everything… You need to come in and see all the NEW FALL styles for yourself and take advantage of the summer sales while it’s hot, hot, hot!

Hello Ladies!

I know that summer is just starting to hit us in full swing, so sandals are what we most of us are wearing, but NEW VANS have just arrived. These new shoes are B-E-A-Utiful! There are new Lo-Pro’s in swede, Era’s with a thicker canvas twill (great for skating!) Aleeda’s and some great colours in the Lo-Pro Gore’s that don’t have laces. These are the first of our Fall shoes to arrive, but they’re still perfect for the summer. Check out the photos below;

Chicks with bunny ears? You can't get much cuter then that.

Spring is here… whether you like it or not. The store is becoming brighter and more colourful with everybox that I unpack and put on the floor. Dresses, tanks, tees, skirts, jeans and let us not forget about the part that we’re able to wear now… SHOES! The shoe wall is expanding, adding styles we’ve never had before, and sk8 shoes galore.

We haven’t received all our new shoes, but there is quite the selection so far. We’ve got new Vans, DC, Circa and Enties. Here are a few photos, so enjoy!

Ladies,

I’m sure we have all had those days where you slip on the ice and end up on your behind in a fit of rage and embarrassment… c’mon the ones where you quickly say “I’m ok! I’m ok!”  to the kind people that are giving you looks of pity as you wipe off your slushy, dirty backside and attempt to hold back the tears or anger towards your feet. Please try to understand, it’s not your feet’s fault… I promise that this year can be different.

This winter we’ve taken it upon ourselves to try to help the poor feet that walk the streets of Halifax. We have a few styles that not only have great treds for conquering our icy sidewalks, but are fully waterproof for the hidden ankle high slush puddles that are awaiting our poor feet. If you’re just looking for some nice stylish boots (waterproof or not) we’ve got lots to offer!

It’s a well known fact that Pro Girl hires babies, no older than three, and no bigger then an oversized boot, to tidy and organize their stock room. With all of the new fall shoe arrivals, the shoe boxes had been getting pretty crammed and unorganized so we were forced to stop feeding the babies candy. This sent the babies into a dark time, but luckily the girls came up with a plan to try and help the little one’s out. We decided, what the heck! It’s almost back to school, let’s do 3 for 99! That way we can get more shoes out, make more room for new shoe boxes, we can start feeding the babies again, and maybe even let them touch the kitten! So far it has been a success, as you can see from the toddlers shining smiles. So get down to Pro Girl and help a sister out.
