DC Nats Photos
So unless you live under a rock, you’d know that the DC Nationals qualifier went down this past weekend. I have been helping out with these contests for the past few years and I must admit that this was one of the better ones I’ve witnessed. Some truly amazing skating went down in contest itself. The best was saved for last however and we held three separate best trick contests for cash mon-ay…lets just say this: Shit went down. Big thanks to DC and Mark Regimbal for having events like this in Canada. And more thanks go out to everyone who came out and supported local skateboarding. We need you! Heres a few pics that J-Wadz snapped. Some professionaler pics should follow.

Screaming Hand
Check this little gem out. It is an original prototype for the toy that was released last year. They didn’t end up going with this sculpture for production, but arguably should have. This amazing piece of skate art might be available, so come check it out at Uptown.
The little old dude on the bottom was made for this short film, by the same guy.

Checkered Vans?
Hell yeah, check these Skate Highs, you can’t get more checkered than this!
We also just got in some black and navy Skate Highs, and some black Old Skools. We’re gonna try to stock these shoes regularly, as well as some other standards, so all you cats know where to find them.
